Phos License

Phos is free for personal and commercial use worldwide, including client commissions and prints. You retain 100% ownership of your input and processed images; I claim no rights over them.

Restrictions

You may study the code and architecture if you are curious. However, you must not:

Resell, sublicense, repackage, or distribute Phos as part of another product or paid service.
Extract, copy, retrain, or reuse its models or weights to build a competing tool.
Remove copyright notices or claim Phos as your own work.

Privacy & Disclaimer

Phos processes your images 100% locally on your machine with zero telemetry, tracking, or personal data collection. It requires no account.
